NEW SAFETY MEASURES

We are open and couldn’t be more excited to welcome you back. We aim to provide both our staff and our customers a safe, worry-free environment so that when you dine with us, your experience will seem as normal as possible.

We are lucky to occupy the spacious premises of an old Victorian building where social distancing is relatively easy, but it doesn’t stop here.

Based on the guidance provided by the government, industry bodies & safety consultants we have also implemented additional safety measures, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Daily staff wellness checks – anyone displaying symptoms will be asked to stay at home.

Enhanced cleaning regimes are in place, using chemicals effective against viruses.

Guests displaying COVID-19 symptoms are asked not to visit & will be refused entry.

Reservations are recommended to allow for the safest staff – guest ratio. Walk-ins might be turned away due to reduced capacity.

Reduced numbers of employees to allow physical distancing in the workplace.

Increased staff training to maintain the correct frequency & method of effective hand-washing.

Face coverings are available to all front-of-house employees serving guests.

Multiple sanitising points guests will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival.

The restaurant layout has been adjusted to promote social distancing.

Single-use menus are available. All menus can also be accessed online.

Card payments are encouraged. Contactless payment via a secure link is available.

Guests will be asked to keep jackets with them or leave them behind in their cars.
